Fred Kelly, MSW, MBA

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Waterstone of Lexington, Fred is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the community. He leads the entire team in delivering the premier Waterstone lifestyle and ensuring residents have everything they need to remain active, connected and comfortable.

With over a decade in senior living, Fred most recently served as Executive Director at our sister community on campus, Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington. Prior to joining EPOCH Senior Living, he also served in roles ranging from Memory Care Operations Director to Executive Director for other senior living providers. With this experience and insight, Fred successfully leads the team in delivering an exceptional, wellness-focused senior living experience.

Fred earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, a Master’s in Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ithaca College. He is also a Licensed Master of Social Work, Certified Dementia Practitioner® and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Katrina DiMarino

Senior Advisor

Katrina DiMarino joined the Waterstone of Lexington family in 2023. As a Senior Advisor, Katrina is responsible for building relationships with seniors and their families, providing them with the information and guidance needed to make the best decision to support their lifestyle and wellness goals.

Prior to joining the team, Katrina held roles in some of the most well-known hotel brands, including Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton. She later found her true passion for working with seniors and connecting with their families and held positions in various senior living communities across the Northeast.
