Wendy Kaufman
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Wendy will draw upon her 25 years of experience in senior living as she oversees daily operations at Waterstone on High Ridge. Her primary responsibility will be to ensure that residents have exactly what they need to feel healthy, engaged and secure.
Wendy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and comes to us from Sunrise Senior Living. She has a Connecticut Nursing Home Administrators License and is affiliated with many senior care organizations, including the Senior Providers Network, Partners in Elderly Services, and the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter. Having lived in Stamford for most of her life, Wendy is familiar with what Fairfield County can offer to seniors.
Jeanie Ricci
Senior Advisor
Jeanie Ricci brings significant experience to the role of Senior Advisor at Waterstone on High Ridge. With her knowledge and expertise, Jeanie is an ideal resource for seniors and their families, helping them to make informed decisions. Whether seniors and their families are looking for independent living, assisted living or memory care, Jeanie will share how the Waterstone lifestyle, culture and services can provide an enriching, wellness-focused life.
Previously, Jeanie served as Senior Advisor at Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk, also part of EPOCH Senior Living, and in various sales and marketing roles for other senior living communities in New York and Connecticut. Jeanie earned her BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing and graduated with outstanding honors from CW Post – Long Island University.
Dean Brown
Area Community Liaison
As an Area Community Liaison, Dean supports the Senior Advisors at Bridges® by EPOCH and Waterstone communities in Connecticut and New York. Dean is responsible for building relationships with area professionals and organizations to coordinate support for seniors and families who are looking for living options or care for a loved one.
Dean joined the EPOCH Senior Living team in 2022. He has worked in the senior living and healthcare industries for more than 10 years. During this time, he made countless connections with doctors, hospitals, and organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association® in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He has a passion for helping seniors and their families connect with resources that benefit them and their loved ones.
Dean has always had a special place in his heart for service. Prior to working in senior living, he graduated from the U.S. Army Military Police program at Fort McClellan, Alabama, and received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from East Carolina University.
