Waterstone at the Circle was developed by the exceptional senior housing and care provider, EPOCH Senior Living, and one of New England’s preeminent real estate and investment firms, National Development.

With decades of experience in design, development, construction, finance, operations, and management of senior living communities between them, the two highly respected organizations formed a strategic partnership dedicated to developing, building, and operating new senior housing communities that enhance the health, well-being, and overall quality of life for seniors and their families throughout New England.

EPOCH Senior Living was founded in 1997 with the goal of redefining the senior healthcare and senior living industry. The company began with the acquisition of CMI Senior Housing, a long-established senior care provider, and is now a comprehensive senior living company that has refined its scope to bring the best in independent living, assisted living and memory care services and amenities to greater New England.

Boston Development Group

Boston Development Group is a co-developer of The Circle, which includes AC Hotel by Marriott and Waterstone at the Circle, the first urban senior living community in Chestnut Hill.
